Highway to Well: "Bring My Courage...,” with Marissa Kalkman
Highway to Well, Episode 25: "Bring My Courage..." with Marissa Kalkman
"Bring my courage back now. I'm tired of being afraid of what I can't change. I want to be living free." - Glen Phillips
In this episode of "Highway to Well," Marissa Kalkman, Executive Director of the Wellness Councils of Wisconsin, and I traverse over the bumps and bruises COVID life and work has dealt us and arrive at the opportunities we have to overcome our struggles. With her unfettering drive to improve the lives of people and organizations, Marissa shares her ideas about improving mental health, psychological safety, and giving ourselves permission to be authentic. It is through our common ground of connections, values, and courage we will see this through.
Thank you again for listening.
