Gratitude Practice for Nurses toolkit was designed to create easy-to-implement evidence based practices.

In this episode, Amy Graber, Magnet Program Coordinator, Nursing Administration, CHI Health Mercy, Katie Feley, Chief Executive Officer, Indiana State Nurses Association, Executive Director, Indiana Nurses Foundation, and I go on a journey to discover how to share gratitude practices with teams, colleagues, coworkers. We talk about the impact when these gratitude practices are shared, encouraged and supported. We arrive at a understanding of how gratitude has made significant impacts in work cultures, team development, and the customer experience.

Taking gratitude to our workplaces, integrating this with teams, and reaping the benefits of what gratitude can bring involves modeling, mentoring, and creating avenues for individuals to explore how they can practice and share. We discuss how a set of activities can change people and cultures.
